Koh-i-noor is a non-profit exhibition space located in central Copenhagen. Funded in the fall of 2004 and run by six artists the place is committed to being a platform where young artists have an opportunity to show their works.

We don’t run the place based on cuts from sale or collecting rent. That makes it possible to show things that commercial galleries might overlook.

Basically we wish to establish a wide/open profile, this has resulted in exhibitions with very different approaches, looks and content.

For Copenhagen Alternative Art Fair 2006 we have invited all of the artists who have exhibited in the two years Koh-i-noor has existed.
