Senko Studio - run by artist Sergei Sviatchenko - is located in the centre of Viborg, one of the oldest towns in Denmark. Senko Studio is a forum for communication - an establishment open to different projects and ideas. It's the place where Sviatchenko presents various pieces of art produced by emerging and promising European artists and designers representing artistic disciplines such as video, photography, painting, installation and fashion. The intention is to keep exhibitions simple both visually and materially and all artists must produce a print for at limited edition T-shirt or postcard. |

Showing contemporary video films to the public, Senko Frame Project has taken the idea behind Senko Studio one step further. With a large screen measuring 1,5 by 2,5 metres facing the street videos can be shown during evening hours thereby connecting ever-changing visual images with the architecture of the town. The video is simultaneously shown on www.senko.dk.
