Jatiwangi Art Factory, Jatiwangi
Jatiwangi Art Factory is part of Art Lab #2 which focuses on manufacturing and production. The normal practice of the collective unfolds around their work with red bricks made from clay found in the area around Jatiwangi. Ahmad Thian Vultan and Kiki Rasmadi Permana from Jatiwangi Art Factory will contribute to Alt_Cph16 Crosscuts with elements from their project Hanyaterra, a musical-pottery-festival, where local people are engaged in a performance, where they are instructed to play on clay instruments created by the artist group.
