Madskolen Jorden Rundt, Amager
Madskolen Jorden Rundt spices up the opening of Alt_Cph16 Crosscuts, when the local food collective from Amager joins Jesper Aabille's Mobile Kitchen and serves soup outside in the factory garden. The school's food hosts cook two hot spicy soups with vild herbs. Price is 40 kroner. You can also get hold of a free recipe on how to start your own local food community, bringing people, ingrediens, traditions and cultures together in new creative ways. The recipe is developed for Alt_Cph Crosscuts in collaboration with Råderum.
About Madskolen Jorden Rundt
Madskolen Jorden Rundt is driven as a non-profit union started by the food entrepreneur Benjamin Marcher Carlsen from VILDT and culture entrepreneur Irene von Folsach. Most members of Madskolen Jorden Rundt are local Amager-based women of ethnical minorities, and together they make authentic, middle eastern, African, Indian and Pakistani food based on Nordic commodities and Nordic seasons. Madskolen Jorden Rundt bring together people with different cultural backgrounds. They learn things from each other, about each other – and about food.
