Mo Maja Moesgaard (DK)

Mo Maja Moesgaard (b. 1980, Denmark) is a visual artist working in multiple mediums including animation, drawing, paper-work and fabric, always in combination with text and language. They are interested in the intersections between the personal and the political and how this is constantly negotiated in everyday life. Moesgaard is part of multiple collectives, among others Queer Ecologies, It Might Be Political, The Sound School Collective and BarHvaViHar (2012-2016). Their work has been shown at ARKEN Museum of Modern Art and Kunsthal NORD, Denmark, Røst Biennale, Norway, and Mimosa House, United Kingdom. They live and work in Copenhagen.
